Style: In the first place, you can not use contractions when you write a report, secondly, most of your report should be impersonal, and finally the colloquial language is not correct for a report, for example, in your report you said that “some of the other schools in the town are just rubbish” and it’s not polite.
Structure: You have to divide your writing into paragraphs with the correct headings for a better comprehension; especially you must not forget the conclusion. You need to consider the type and the size of a formal writing. That is the correct structure to write a good report.
Grammar: You must use the same tense and in most of the reports are written in present tense and you wrote it in present, past and future.
Recommendations for improvement: In my opinion, you have to identify if you are writing a formal or an informal report. I strongly suggest that you should Search words more formal in internet, and see the difference of writing an e-mail to a friend and a report to a boss.
Conclusion: To sum up, you had some mistakes, but it does not mean that you are not able to improve your writing. These mistakes are a way to learn and improve your skills.
